Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, this will ensure that you will receive your complete service time. Upon arrival, we ask that you complete a customer profile, when appropriate, a spa robe, slippers, or smock will be provided for your comfort.


Cancellations

A 24 hour cancellation notice is greatly appreciated. If scheduled servicesare not cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointments, a 20% cancellation fee of scheduled services will be charged to the provided credit card. Return check fee $35.


Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment in the facility, we ask that conversations are kept low and cell phones and electronics are silenced.


Prices

All prices are subject to change. Sudie is dedicated to providing the newest products, services, and technology. Therefore, pricing may change without notice.


Product Return

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Should the need arise to return a product, we ask that the return be made within 7 days of the purchase date. A product exchange or credit will be made available. Cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged if the product is used or open.


Personal Possessions

We regret that we cannot be responsible for damage or the loss of personal articles, such as clothing or accessories. We also ask that, when appropriate, you wear the provided smock for protection of your clothing.
